Customer may terminate service (3) days from the original invoice date for a full refund, excluding any labor, consulting or setup fees.

If Customer exhausts bandwidth limits of purchased service plan within the eligibility period for refund, no refund shall be given.

If Customer has entered into a separate, exclusive contract with Octagon Technologies, the guidlines set forth in that agreement would take precidence for those services contractually agreed upon.

If Customer violates the AUP | TOS, no refund shall be given.
