iPhone/iPad
- Install the Outlook app from the App Store (requires iOS 8.0 or higher), then open it.
- Tap ‘Add an Account’
- Choose Exchange
- Enter your company email address and password, then click Sign In.
- Note: If you get a time-out message, your password or email address might be incorrect. Re-type the information, and then try again.
- Enter the username and server name provided (if necessary)
- Select Yes to let the app access your info. Outlook should then begin syncing.

Android
- Install the Outlook app from the Google Play store (requires Android 4.0 or higher), then open it.
- Choose Exchange
- Enter your company email address and password, then click Sign In.
