iPhone/iPad

  1. Install the Outlook app from the App Store (requires iOS 8.0 or higher), then open it.
  2. Tap ‘Add an Account’
  3. Choose Exchange
  4. Enter your company email address and password, then click Sign In.
    • Note: If you get a time-out message, your password or email address might be incorrect. Re-type the information, and then try again.
  5. Enter the username and server name provided (if necessary)
  6. Select Yes to let the app access your info. Outlook should then begin syncing.

Android

  1. Install the Outlook app from the Google Play store (requires Android 4.0 or higher), then open it.
  2. Choose Exchange
  3. Enter your company email address and password, then click Sign In.

  4. Enter the username and server name provided (if necessary)
  5. Outlook should then begin syncing.
